We have program manager / project manager experience of more than 20 years in large scale fixed price projects and programmes with regard to IT system and ERP implementations within the Telecoms, Energy & Utilities, Finance, Industry and Government areas. We have learned that pro activeness, risk management and managing expectations is key in projects apart from the standard plan execute and measure & report on progress. Aquila Managements experience on managing multi cultural programmes in international environments is important as the only way to grow fast is in international context. Achieving quick wins in difficult situations is where we are good at.

- Delivering concurrent small (€300K) projects to large scale/ Mega (€35M) projects on schedule and within budget, while meeting management expectations.
- Highly resourcefulness in project management activities, encompassing planning, design, scope definition, estimation, resource administration, process management & compliance with quality standards.
- Situational use of project management delivery methods; Prince II, Agile, Probaat+, Critical Chain Project Management, Waterfall, PMBOK, IPMA A/B level project management.
- Efficiently leading Employees, contractors, suppliers, internal and external clients at all levels throughout the full life cycle of a project(s): Requirements Specifications, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Delivery/implementation and training.
